I highly recommend Dr. Newman for explant surgery. I had a tummy tuck in April of 2026 with Dr James Liang, and am so impressed with both him as a surgeon and person, and all of his supporting staff, from the attendant anesthesiologist to the front office personnel. My results are nothing short of amazing to me, and the confidence he instilled through his conveyed knowledge, experience, and expertise was so very reassuring. He stands apart because he listens and will not leave the room until he is completely assured all questions have been answered. His post operative follow up ensures close and frequent observation, and I have already passed along his name and number to 2 friends. Having received his name from another, I have no doubt his practice will continue to thrive through personal referrals. It is unusual to have a doctor spend as much time as he does with patients - both before surgery in consultation - the day of surgery before and after the event, and several post op visits. This, in addition to the solid pre and post op instructions given, and encouragement always to ask more questions, makes Dr Liang one of a kind.

I cannot recommend this plastic surgery office enough !! The weight loss results have been absolutely amazing, and the entire experience from start to finish was professional, supportive, and life- changing. Emily and Dr. Rendon were incredible throughout the whole process. Emily truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, motivated and cared for.
