The entire experience with the South Bay Plastic Surgeons team was beyond amazing. From my very first consultation to every follow-up appointment, I genuinely looked forward to going in because it felt more like catching up with friends than visiting a doctor's office. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and supportive, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Newman enough—he is the BEST! He is easygoing, honest, realistic, and takes the time to make sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. His expertise is obvious, but what really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He listened to all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. If you're considering a procedure, South Bay Plastic Surgeons is the place to go. I had the best experience with Dr Jewell and the South Bay Plastic Surgeons team. Dr. Jewell repaired my diastasis recti after pregnancy and did a beautiful job - I am so thrilled with the results. She also took care of a hernia I had so that I could minimize surgeries, anesthesia, etc. The care team and nurses were excellent and calmed all of my many fears and anxieties, and everyone was so kind and easy to work with. I would go back to Dr. Jewell and team for any needs in the future and recommend them highly.

I recently had a small procedure done by Dr. Liang and was referred to this practice by Jenny Berman. The office staff were very professional and accommodating when I was searching for specific appointment times. Jenny was especially helpful when it came to my insurance and billing questions and that experience was greatly appreciated as it can be stressful navigating these aspects of medical care. Dr Liang and the MA’s were very thorough and explained the procedure at every step. I highly recommend this office for its professionalism, quality of care and attention to detail.

I found dr newman on instagram i saw his work and i knew he was the dr for me! I had a bi lateral breast reduction and lift. I went from DDD to a C cup! I had issues with back problems neck pain shoulder pain for years and im currently 3 months post op and i havent had pain since then! I feel great and im able to wear stuff i thought i wouldnt be able to wear anymore! Im comfortable once again! All the staff at the clinic are very friendly and helpful never had a bad experience. Dr newmans is super nice listens to what you want makes you feel comfortable the day of surgery he meets with you and goes over expectations again. If anyone is looking into dr newman go for it dont doubt it. You will not regret it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Michael Newman. From the very first appointment, he demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I felt informed, comfortable, and supported throughout every step of my journey. During one of the most challenging times in my life, his expertise, patience, and reassuring presence gave me confidence, trust, and peace of mind. Dr. Newman is supported by an incredible team that truly reflects his commitment to exceptional patient care. I am especially grateful to Elizabeth, Alyssa, Kenzie, Heather, Claudia, and Angelica, along with the many other wonderful staff members who were always kind, compassionate, patient, and responsive. I have been using GLP-1 products for about five months. My weight loss has been steady and exciting! South Bay Plastic Surgeons have been instrumental in my understanding of my journey. They have provided me with valuable education in the weight loss process and nutrition information. This is invaluable as I go through times of plateau, or digestion issues. I have the highest confidence in their knowledge, and communication skills when I need assurance. Having lost almost 25 pounds obviously makes me happy looking in the mirror, and wearing clothes I was unable to several months ago. The change in my energy level however, is even more gratifying than my changing body measurements. My health is improving overall. I am able to be as active as I want to be. My fitness level continues to improve. These activities, playing very actively with my grandchildren, even being able to clean my house to the level I want, truly motivate me. The happiness accompanying my journey is a true surprise. I will continue to learn and experience through the guidance of South Bay Plastic Surgeons. Dr. LIang performed surgery on a spot of melanoma on my forehead. The incision needed to be in excess of 6 cm to remove the cancer. Dr. LIang thought a skin graph would be needed to close the wound. I asked him to try to complete the surgery without a graph. Because of the size of the incision, I thought I would end up with a zipper like mark on my forehead. In fact, Dr. Liang managed to close the wound without a skin graph. He did such a brilliant job with his stitches that today you would not know Ì had surgery. Dr. LIang was honest in his expectations, competent in his work, and very informative during our discussions. And his office runs like a clock. Never did we wait more than a few minutes to see Dr. Liang. John Sullivan

I highly recommend Dr. Newman for explant surgery. After having breast implants for over 20 years, this was a big decision for me, and he made me feel comfortable and confident from the very first consultation. Dr. Newman took the time to answer all my questions, and his caring, professional approach put me at ease throughout the entire process. My results exceeded my expectations, and my recovery was smoother than I anticipated. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Newman and his wonderful staff for their support and exceptional care.
