I had a breaat augmentation with Dr. Liang at South Bay Plastics in Dec 2025 and I am so happy with my results as well as the care from everyone at this clinic! From the first appointment with Dr. Liang - I found him to be patient with all my questions, detail oriented and really understood the look I was going for - natural and not overstated. Surgery went super smooth! I did have an upset stomach with the antibiotics post-surgery and when I called the clinic he got back to me super quickly. Along with Dr. Liang's medical expertise - everyone from the front desk, nurses and patient coordinator (I had Lupe and she was amazing) were super helpful and friendly - making the experience a good one! Highly recommend Dr. Liang and his team!

I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Newman! Breast cancer is an overwhelming experience in every way, and throughout that process, he provided not just exceptional surgical results but also a sense of comfort and reassurance that made a real difference. He helped me feel like myself again during a time when everything felt uncertain. He took the time to answer all of my questions—no matter how small or seemingly insignificant—with patience and kindness. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which helped ease a lot of the anxiety that comes with this journey. What stood out most to me is his compassion. He understands that reconstruction isn’t about vanity, it’s about healing, confidence, and feeling whole again. That perspective meant everything to me. I also want to recognize his entire office staff. Everyone was amazing, the front desk, especially Heather, and all of his nurses were so sweet and kind. I never once felt uncomfortable, which says a lot during such a vulnerable time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and truly caring surgeon.

I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from my physician and his entire team. From start to finish, they approached everything with a level of kindness, compassion, and professionalism that truly made a difference during a stressful time. What stood out most was how communicative and attentive they were throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, and I always felt informed and supported in my care decisions. Their team went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of my surgery and related details were handled smoothly, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. It’s not just the clinical expertise that sets this practice apart—it’s the genuine care and empathy they show their patients. I felt seen, heard, and truly taken care of. I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at South Bay Plastic Surgeons! Dr. Liang is a true perfectionist. He and his team did everything possible to make sure I could get my emergency surgery done ASAP. Heather at the front desk is a gem and showed me kindness and assistance that you don’t often get at a doctor’s office. I would recommend anyone to this office for plastic surgery needs!

I honestly don’t even know where to start because my experience with Dr. Liang and the entire team at South Bay Plastic Surgeons was really that wonderful. From day one, the scheduling staff, Alejandra, Heather, Dominuqae, MacKenzie and Stephanie all set the tone. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, like you’re not just another appointment on the schedule but someone they genuinely care about. Every visit felt smooth, organized, and surprisingly fun (yes I know… I said fun at a medical office). Even when my appointment had to be moved a few times, they were incredibly accommodating and genuinely apologetic. I completely understand that things happen, but the way they handled it with such care and professionalism really stood out to me. Oh and the medical assistants which I believe were Nadine, Elizabeth, Angelica, Alyssa, and Klaudia were absolute gems. They were there every step for me to consults, pre-op, surgery, and post-ops. They were aways friendly, always patient, and somehow always able to make me laugh even when I was nervous( especially Alyssa she was such a laugh). What really impressed me is how much they remember! Every little thing I had mentioned about myself, they’d bring up later. It made me feel so seen and cared for on a whole different level. What really stood out to me is the energy of the entire office. It’s a team of strong, smart, genuinely kind women who clearly love what they do and it shows. There’s this family like atmosphere that makes you feel included and comfortable right away. This office clearly has amazing taste in hiring because every single person I interacted with was incredible. And of course, the star of the show...Dr. Liang, was truly exceptional. He has this perfect balance of being incredibly precise and detail oriented WHILE also being genuinely funny and easy to talk to. He took his time answering every single one of my questions (and I had A TON), never rushed me and always made sure I fully understood everything. That level of patience and thoroughness made such a difference, it was night and day from other offices I checked out. I felt so completely safe and confident in his care from start to finish, which is priceless when you’re making a decision like this. You can tell he’s not only highly skilled, but that he really cares about his patients and their outcomes. I'm not going to lie… I’m so grateful for my experience that I’ve joked about coming back for something else just so I can hang out with this team again. That’s how positive it was. If you’re considering anything, this is your sign. You’ll be in the best hands and probably have a few laughs along the way too.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Liang and his team Dr. Patel, Stephanie, Alyssa, and everyone involved in my care. Over the past few weeks, they have been absolutely amazing. Dr. Liang for keeping me grounded, Stephanie for helping me with my “life decisions,” Dr. Patel for being so calming, and Alyssa for being so caring during my post-op care. each of you made such a difference in my experience. Every question, concern, and image I sent in was answered quickly and with much reassurance. The texting service is a game changer.I always receive a fast response, and sometimes even a phone call within 15 minutes. This team truly delivers patient-centered care. Dr.Newman is amazing surgeon! My surgeries, pre care, after care and all the advice he has given-had exceeded all my expectations. Recovery was very smooth and I have great/beautiful results! I was very lucky to have the best surgeon and his great team!
