A liquid facelift uses a personalized combination of injectable treatments to address multiple signs of aging. Neuromodulators, such as BOTOX, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and DAXXIFY®, inhibit muscle movement by interrupting the nerve signals that tell the muscles to contract. By relaxing these muscles, your injector smooths dynamic wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle movements, including squinting, frowning, smiling, or furrowing your brow.
Hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers like Restylane®, RHA®, or JUVÉDERM®, meanwhile, treat static wrinkles and hollowing caused by volume loss and the natural aging process. These fillers provide an instant lift, restoring the plump, healthy volume associated with youthful skin.
Our collagen stimulators, which include RADIESSE® and Sculptra®, can also be used as part of your liquid facelift. These fillers promote collagen growth for long-term skin enhancements and structural support.

Patients who want to treat signs of aging like minor skin laxity, wrinkles, or volume loss in the cheeks, temples, under the eyes, or lips are usually good candidates for a liquid facelift.

Your appointment will typically last 30 to 60 minutes. We will strategically inject the products based on your facial anatomy and degree of facial aging. While you may experience a mild pinching sensation, our dermal fillers are formulated with lidocaine (an anesthetic) to keep you comfortable.
Neuromodulators need a few days to take effect, while hyaluronic acid dermal fillers have an immediately visible outcome. Our collagen stimulators are more gradual, with results developing over the following weeks as your skin produces new collagen.
You are free to return to your daily activities immediately with only minimal exceptions:
Exercising strenuously, using a hot tub or sauna, and engaging in other activities that cause your body to heat and sweat can all worsen swelling and redness.
The longevity of your treatment depends on the selection of products used and how quickly your body metabolizes them, as hyaluronic acid and neuromodulators naturally degrade over time. BOTOX, Dysport, and Jeuveau tend to last 3 to 4 months, whereas DAXXIFY lasts up to 6 months.
Dermal filler results can last anywhere from 6 to 24 months, depending on the formulation used and your treatment area. We recommend coming in for regular touch-up treatments to preserve your rejuvenated appearance.
A nonsurgical facelift is considered very safe when performed by a highly trained injector. However, no treatment is entirely without risk. Side effects include swelling, bruising, tenderness, and redness, but these are typically minor concerns that resolve within the first couple of hours to the first few days after treatment.
More serious complications are rare but still possible, so it is important to choose a provider who understands facial anatomy, proper injection technique, and how to handle unexpected situations.
The cost of a nonsurgical facelift varies based on the number and type of products used, the size and number of the treatment areas, your injector’s skill and experience, and the specifics of your personalized treatment plan. While price estimates may be available online, the only accurate way to know what your treatment will cost is to come in for a one-on-one consultation.
In addition to pairing dermal fillers with neuromodulators, we may upgrade your nonsurgical treatment plan to include KYBELLA® injections to slim a double chin, laser skin resurfacing to even out your skin tone and address other signs of aging, or a Hydrafacial® to cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish your skin.
A liquid facelift offers a nonsurgical solution for patients with mild to moderate signs of aging. While a surgical facelift provides more dramatic results, a liquid facelift is ideal for those seeking subtle enhancements without downtime.
Most patients experience minimal discomfort during treatment but generally find it tolerable. Most fillers include lidocaine to ensure a more comfortable experience.
