Fat Injection Before & After Case 136

This 43 year-old patient gave birth to twins via cesarean section 4 years ago. She complained that pregnancy had left her breasts "deflated" despite having had a breast augmentation years prior, and her tummy flabby and lax despite efforts at exercise. Thirdly, she never really liked the contour of her backside.  Having heard about the "Mommy Makeover," she resolved to get her pre-pregnancy body back and came to our office to explore her options. Our doctor agreed she was an excellent candidate and first explained the process of removal and replacement of her implants to enhace breast size.  After trying different options, the patient selected the Allergan Style 20 425cc Silicone Filled Breast Implant to replace her smaller saline implants. The patient also agreed to liposuction of her upper back, flanks, and medial thighs with fat injection to her buttocks in combination with a tummy tuck.
