Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 197

This is a 42 year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral removal and replacement of her implants. She came to us with saline implants and wanted to replace them with smaller silicone implants for a more natural appearance. This patient has moderate profile Sientra 285cc implants that were placed under the muscle through the inframammary incision. Photos were taken two months post op.
