Case Details
This is a 50 year-old female patient has a history of massive weight loss and wished to improve the contour of her medial thighs. She complained of not being able to find jeans that fit and that her medial thighs rubbed together when she walked. Given the excess of both skin and fat, our surgeon recommended a medial thigh lift with the incision hidden in the groin. The improved contour was an excellent outcome given the patient's starting anatomy, and the is very pleased she can buy better fitting clothing!
