I am so grateful for the caring staff and surgical team at South Bay Plastic Surgeons. In 2023, I was so excited to have a procedure I’d dreamed of having all of my adult life. Dr. Jewell, Allison, and the entire team were fantastic in the appointments leading up to the big day. The team at SBPS genuinely care about the overall health and safety of their patients. Each patient is required to go through a variety of pre-op appointments to ensure they will fare well through surgery and recovery. As part of my pre-op care, I had an EKG that revealed an abnormality with my heart function. An echocardiogram revealed that while I do not have any damaged heart tissue (thank goodness), my heart function has diminished. While it is unlikely I would experience a catastrophic heart event on the operating table, my cardiologist and I agreed that achieving optimal heart health should be my priority. The team at SBPS also agreed that my overall health should be the priority and provided a full refund. As much as I’d hoped to improve my body’s outward appearance via surgery, they supported my need to shift to focus on my body’s internal functions— not to prepare for a possible future surgery but to be able to live a long and healthy life. I’d like to thank Dr. Jewell, Allison, the SBPS anesthesiologist, and the rest of the team for the time and for the care you all provide your patients. Without the thorough pre-op, I might not have known the state of my heart and it could have continued to decline. I appreciate all of you!

Exceptional service!!! Dr. Burrell was kind, has great attention to detail, she provided me honest feedback to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my results and had a very caring bedside manner. I was very impressed with the staff, the Anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing and all of the follow up procedures they follow made me feel completely at ease. I stayed overnight at their Recovery Suite and felt like royalty ☺️ I would highly recommend SB Plastic Surgery and Dr. Burrell - you won’t regret it!!

I am 6 weeks post op from a breast lift & breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Liang. I can not express how happy I am with my results! I have wanted breast implants as long as I can remember and after multiple years of weight fluctuation, I struggled with extremely sagging breasts and did not think I would ever feel confident in my own body. Dr Liang has changed that for me and given me the most amazing results that I did not think could even be achieved! Dr Liang was able to give me what I think are PERFECT breasts. I have to recognize the amazing team that helped along the way. Allison and Emily have both been extremely helpful & comforting when it came to booking my procedure, as well as, answering any questions I had pre/post surgery. Dr Liang, Emily and Allison really treat their patients with compassion and genuinely care! I highly recommend this team.

I had first stage breast cancer 8 months ago and had mastectomy surgery then had breast reconstruction with Dr Liang. I had implant 4 weeks ago and he did a great job. I am very satisfied with the results. All the staff are very nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr Liang and his staff

I would highly recommend Dr. Jewell. I had breast cancer in 2015 and the reconstruction was completed by a different doctor who did a mediocre job. I will leave it at that. That said I went to see Dr. Jewell and she took my old reconstruction and made my body look unbelievably beautiful! I am extremely satisfied with my results. I feel great on the inside and out. She’s the best.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Juan Rendon. His compassion, understanding, care, and thoroughness are truly exceptional. I consider myself fortunate that my surgical oncologist recommended Dr. Juan for my breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. His team is equally compassionate, friendly, and well-organized.

I saw Dr Whitney Burrell for a Cyst on my face. It had gotten infected and grew big and pain was extreme! I had to rush myself to ER as dermatologist at the time we’re booked out. ER doctor removed it but not without extreme pain and Left a dent in my face and needless to say started to come back. So I went to Dr Burrell and not only was she friendly, listened to me she cared! So I had her remove my cyst. Not only was it painless she fixed the dent, scar healed amazing like I never had anything done and it’s only 3 months later. I usually don’t write reviews but I had too. I am so thankful to her and if I ever need anything done regarding plastic surgery I will not hesitate or second guess who I’m going to. To add to the note the staff were amazing and the facility clean and nice! Thanks Dr Burrell for caring about me and my face! It looks amazing. 🌺
