Case Details
This patient had an extensive resection of a squamous cell cancer located in the left forehead area. The resultant defect was over five centimeters. Rather than use a skin graft, which can sometimes be more noticeable due to color match issues, our surgeon mobilized the patient's own tissue to close the defect. The result is a hardly noticeable scar along her brow and hairline. She is very happy with how she has healed.
