This is a 44 year-old female who suffered from severe neck and shoulder pain due to the size of her breasts. She wore a GGG or JJJ cup bra pre-operatively and after a reduction of 2,814 grams (right) and 1,568 grams (left) of breast tissue, she now wears a D cup bra and her neck and shoulder pain are gone.Photos taken seven months post-op.
