Case Details
This is a 32 year-old woman with small breasts and significant chest wall asymmetry who wore an A cup bra and wanted to fill a B cup bra. She underwent a bilateral augmentation with Allergan SRF silicone implants 325cc (left) and 240cc (right), with subpectoral placement through an inframammary incision. Photos were taken three months post-op.
