This is a 33 year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral removal and replacement of her implants. She came to us with Mentor 325cc saline implants and wanted to replace them with larger silicone implants. She did have mild capsular contracture on the left side. During her surgery, her implants were replaced with Allergan high profile silicone implants 560cc (right) and 520cc (left). Photos were taken two months post-op.
