Case Details
This is a 64 year old patient that had a bilateral breast lift and breast augmentation 10 years ago and had recently developed capsular contracture in both breasts. Her surgeon removed her old implants through an inframmamary incision and replaced them with Sientra textured oval 370 cc silicone gel implants. The patient is extremely happy with her results.
