Case Details
This is a 41 year-old female patient with left breast DCIS. First stage patient had bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders. Second stage tissue expanders were removed and patient had breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps. Third stage patient had NAC reconstruction with fat grafting. Photo is two years after first procedure.
