This is a 43 year old female who had lap band surgery. Her highest weight was 270 and lost a total of 52 lbs. She came to South Bay Plastic Surgeons to discuss reconstructive sugery after major weight loss. The surgical procedure performed by a team of plastic surgeons was a panniculectomy and an extended abdominoplasty. There was 9 pounds 12 oz of excess skin and subcutaneous tissue removed.
