This is a 44 year old female who had lap gastric sleeve surgery. Her highest weight was 245 and lost a total of 145 lbs. She came to South Bay Plastic Surgeons to discuss reconstructive sugery after major weight loss. The surgical procedure performed by a team of plastic surgeons was a Panniculectomy, Extended Abdominoplasty and Belt Lipectomy. There was 4 pounds of excess skin and subcutaneous tissue removed. The patient looks and feels great!
