South Bay Plastic Surgeons was honored to sponsor and participate in the 13th Annual Tour de Pier in Manhattan Beach, a powerful fundraising event dedicated to advancing cancer research, expanding patient support programs, and raising awareness. This year’s collective efforts generated approximately $1.5 million in donations benefiting the Uncle Kory Foundation, the Hirshberg Foundation, and Cancer Support Community South Bay.
Our commitment went beyond sponsorship. Our board-certified plastic surgeons and a dedicated team of staff hosted an interactive booth that quickly became a highlight for event attendees. Guests had the opportunity to spin our raffle wheel for luxury prizes, including complimentary facials, $100 spa credits, and laser hair removal sessions, each designed to showcase the high-end care available at our Torrance practice.
In addition to our sponsorship, we proudly raised over $2,600 to further the mission of Tour de Pier. This contribution reflects our dedication to giving back to the South Bay community and supporting causes that align with our values of wellness, confidence, and connection.
Tour de Pier is more than a stationary cycling event; it is a day filled with unity, determination, and hope, where participants ride together overlooking the Manhattan Beach shoreline. We are proud to stand alongside our neighbors, patients, and friends to champion this cause, and we look forward to continuing our support for events that bring meaningful impact to our community.
