I recently had a mastopexy with mesh (no implants) and abdominal liposuction performed by Dr. Newman, and I couldn't be happier with my results! From the very beginning, Dr. Newman made me feel confident and informed about my options, and the outcome truly exceeded my expectations. My breasts look absolutely amazing — better than I could have ever imagined. The shape is youthful and natural, and the new nipple size and placement are perfect and proportionate. I was nervous about scarring, but the healing process has been smooth. The scars are already flat and fading beautifully after just a few months. Dr. Newman’s bedside manner is exceptional — he’s patient, compassionate, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I always felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the entire process, from consultation through recovery. As for my stomach, the improvement is noticeable and I’m definitely happier with how I look compared to before surgery. Dr. Newman was very honest and upfront about the possibility of some loose skin due to my natural skin elasticity, and he was right. While my stomach is much flatter and more contoured, I am considering an additional treatment like Morpheus8 to smooth out the remaining laxity. Overall, I’m so grateful to Dr. Newman for his incredible skill, honesty, and personal approach to care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon who delivers beautiful, natural results and truly cares about his patients!

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to rave about Dr. Lisa Jewell. She is AMAZING! Dr. Jewell has the best bedside manners, is sweet, professional, and really takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. (As a side note, this is not my first rodeo with a plastic surgeon. I have had numerous breast augmentation surgeries over the course of 20 years). I had already consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons before meeting with Dr. Jewell. I knew immediately that she was the right choice for me. The added bonuses are my appointments with her have always been on time, and her assistants (especially Stephanie Perez) and all the front office staff (most notably Heather) are very nice and extremely helpful.

Dr. Lisa Jewel is so talented at what she does. Not only is she an excellent surgeon she is also relatable, polished and professional. She turned my potentially scary breast cancer surgeries into an interesting and exciting process. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at South Bay Plastic Surgeon's. The front desk made my inquiry for a Breast Aug quite easy. They were very upfront with surgery costs and timeline for recovery. Made booking my consult a breeze. They were always on top of my appts, and working with my schedule, and very sweet in office too. I ended up going with Dr Newman for my Breast Aug! Had my consult in Feb 2024, and my surgery was end of May. I couldn't be more happy with my results! Not only does Dr Newman have a very calming, reassuring, knowledgeable presence, but his bed side manner is very professional too. I had very deflated sad breasts after breastfeeding my two girls, and now I have my confidence back. He gave me the exact results I was looking for. Natural, great shape, full.
