Directions
405 North: Exit 405 North at Crenshaw Boulevard and turn left onto Crenshaw Boulevard. Continue West on Crenshaw Blvd. for approximately 5 miles to Lomita Boulevard. Turn right onto Lomita Blvd. and continue for approximately 1 mile. Our office is located on the left in Tormed Medical Plaza, building 3440, suite 100, on the first floor, right before you enter the building.
405 South: Exit 405 South at Hawthorne Boulevard and turn right onto Hawthorne Boulevard. Continue West on Hawthorne Blvd. for approximately 5 miles to Lomita Boulevard. Turn left onto Lomita Blvd. and continue for approximately 1/2 a mile. Our building is located on the right in the Tormed Medical Plaza, building 3440, suite 100, on the first floor, right before you enter the building.
