Our Cancellation Policy

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an appointment in advance for any services offered at the Personal Image Center®. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. As of July 1, 2007, a credit card number will be required to hold your reservation(s).

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a single appointment.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments for two or more people.
• Any cancellation not meeting these criteria is subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00.
• If you fail to call to cancel and do not show for your appointment, your credit card will be charged $75.00.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new policy. Our goal is to increase the availability of our Personal Image Center staff to better serve all clients.
