This woman in her 50s was dissatisfied with the deflated look of her breasts after childbearing as well as the excess fat around her tummy and hips.
At her consultation we discussed her options. Her breasts were ptotic or "droopy." Sometiems an implant alone can help this, but in her case, she needed a mastopexy or "breast lift" as well to adjust her breasts in the correct position.
The excess fat and skin around her abdomen and hips could not be treated by liposuction alone as liposuction can't remove extra skin. An abdominoplasty would remove the excess fat and skin below her belly button and smooth the contour of her waist and hips.
The "after" results are stunning: her breasts are full and perky, and her belly is flatter with a tapered waist.
