In the Silhouette® Lift procedure fine facelift threads are inserted through tiny incisions under the skin to pull up sagging brows, cheeks, jowls or the neck. The threads can lift, shape and support saggins facial tissue for natural-looking, lasting results. An exciting "side effect" of the procedure is the possibility of improved results over time; as collagen builds and bunches around the threads the skin may be plumped and lifted further.

Are You a Silhouette® Lift Candidate?

As with any surgical procedure, a good candidate must be in good health, free of any diseases or conditions that would prevent surgery. You may also be a good candidate for the Silhouette® Lift if you have realistic expectations and you are mentally and emotionally stable. Silhouette® Lift candidates should also have skin of normal thickness and the desire to lift sag in the face or neck.

If the skin laxity (sag) is considerable, you may be a better candidate for a traditional or endoscopic facelift.
