Long Beach plastic surgeon Dr. Charles Spenler joins Dr. Lisa Jewell in welcoming Dr. Michael Newman to the Association of South Bay Plastic Surgeons.

TORRANCE, CA – December 18, 2007 – Thanks to both technological advances and a wider variety of both surgical and non-surgical options for rejuvenating or enhancing the face and body (and no thanks to shows like "Dr. 90210" and "nip/tuck"), plastic surgery is more popular than ever before.
